1.Check-in time after 2.00 PM. Full payment required if check in after 10.00 PM.

2.Resevertion will be cancelled with no deposit refund, If no show within 10.00 PM.

3.Check-out before 12.00(noon).

4.Early check-in and late check-out request should be informed the reception in advance.

5.Please show your ID card, Driver license or Passport upon check-in.

6.Please register the name of all guest and license plate upon check-in.

7. The hotel will charge 1 day rate per room for shorten stay after guest check-in.

8. Smoking in the hotel is prohibited. Violation of the prohibition is subject to minimum find 5,000 bath/room.

9.In case of late check-out, addition charges will be applied as 100 bath/hour/room. An over 15 minutes will be charged for 1 hour. Late check-out after 5.00 PM. Will be charged for 1 day rate.

10.Please make all payment in Thai bath upon check-in.

11.The hotel reserves the right to refuse the guest entry and accommodation if the hotel reasonably considers that the guest is behaving in a threatening, abusing or otherwise unacceptable manner.

12.The hotel does not permit unregistered guest to access to the room. If found the hotel reserves the right to cancel the room with no refund.

13.In the interest of your well-being and security, all visitors are required to register at the front desk and are requested to leave guestrooms by 9.00 PM.

14.The hotel reserves the right to request the guest to leave with no refund and charge for the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the room. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item.

15.Please do not disturb the other guests by excessive noises in the hotel area especially after 9.00 PM. If found, the hotel reserves the right to require the guest to leave with no refund.

16.The hotel shall not be held responsible for the damage or loss of any property owned by guest or anyone connected to the guest stay at the hotel.

17.Guest are liable for any damage to the hotel room, furnishings, fitting and equipment by any act or omission of the guest and guest’s visitor. All damage will be charged as list in the room amenities and equipment items. Others will be held on hotel consideration.

18. Property that’s left behind in the guest rooms will be kept for 180 days. All unassigned property will be forwarded to a charity or disposed of depending value. However, the hotel shall not liable for any damage or loss of the property during the property is with the hotel.

19.Special offers will be served for limited time only.

20.Breakfast is served daily from 07.00 AM. – 10.00 AM. Menus are subject to charge according to seasonality and product availability without prior notice. Please show the room number.

21. Reservation

• The Hotel will send confirmation letter to guest to check reservation detail.

• Guest sends proof of bank transfer to us within 3 days after get confirmation letter.

• The Hotel provides a room deposit receipt for guest to present when check in.

• If you cancel or modify booking 7 days before date of arrival no fee will be charge. Guest will get deposit refund after bank fee within 14 days after cancelation it approved.

22.Room policies

• Guest must inform the hotel for any additional guests. The hotel will charge 250 bath included 1 breakfast per person per night for additional guests (no extra bedding)

• Visitors are allowed to stay in guest room until 9.00 PM. Extra person charge will be 300 bath/person/night.

• In case guests did not inform the hotel for any additional guests, the hotel reserves the right to charge as twice of addition guests charge if found.

• All children under 12 years old stay free of charge when using existing bedding maximum 1 person per room

• The Hotel will charge 1,000 Bath if lost your key card
